PART A: Eligibility Form

UPDATE August 2017: The Post- Farm Food Safety & Traceability Program (PFFSTP) is now fully subscribed. By submitting your Part A application, you will automatically be placed on the waiting list and may not receive any correspondences from program administration until further funds or new direction becomes available. Individuals on the waiting list will be the first to know of any program changes, and if more funding becomes available.

We encourage you to fill out both application Part A & Part B (second step), organizations with fully completed applications will be called upon to access any remaining funds should they become available.
